Corporate Immersion with Bauer, Maverik and Cascade
This spring I was selected to take a course that mirrors the experience and expectations of working with a global leader in the sporting goods industry. While working with a team, we are tasked with discovering opportunities for growth that solve current business problems they are facing. This job requires strategic and creative thinking skills as well as the ability to defend analyses and recommendations under pressure. Through a series of deliverables that are written and orally presented to Bauer’s senior executives, I have been able to enhance my communication skills in a formal business setting to top management.

Communications Intern, CWB at Bentley University
From May to December 2017 I worked at the Center for Women and Business at Bentley University (CWB) as the Communications Intern. The CWB is dedicated to advancing young women from the classroom to the boardroom with programs that empower students, and business professionals. I assisted with managing the website and overall web design using the platform Drupal. I also helped manage the social media channels by posting daily and scheduling posts in advance using Hootsuite. I generated mini-marketing projects as well such as creating event posters, email-marketing graphics, and edit videos used as promotional material.

January 2017 - May 2017
Events & Outreach Intern, Family Reach
In the Spring of 2017 I worked with the Director of Events at a local non-profit, Family Reach. The organization is dedicated to providing families that have children with cancer, financial assistance so they can focus on treatment. My responsibilities included market research projects, administrative duties as well as taking on the small details that go into creating an inspiring event. I also was a part of the implementation for the launch of an emerging council for young professionals by collaborating on objectives, incentives, and strategies for the program
At Eaton Vance, an investment management firm headquartered in Boston, MA., I am able to expand my holistic knowledge on a digital marketing department from the client side. Continuing as part-time during the fall and spring semester, I am currently responsible for scheduling and distributing organic and paid social media content across multiple platforms as well as providing reports outlining their performance. I also take part in launching digital advertisements and campaigns. Most remarkably, I took the lead on developing a social media roadmap for 2019. I am consistently staying current with digital trends in the industry and communicate with the team on any opportunities.

May 2017 - August 2017
Marketing Strategy Intern, Cramer
In the Summer of 2017 I had the pleasure to work at one of the top experiential marketing agencies in the Northeast. Cramer specializes in creating live experiences, content, and marketing for big global brands. My responsibilities on the Strategic Planning team included researching the client's brand and key messages to help the creative team translate them into marketing initiatives. I also analyzed how Cramer's competitors differentiate themselves in the market and how they are performing comparatively.

May 2016 - August 2016
Information Technology Intern, Cramer
In the Summer of 2016 I had the opportunity to be the CIS Applications Intern at a local experiential marketing agency. I worked closely with the IT team and got to experience the thrill of a fast-paced teamwork environment. As a fast-learner, I was able to quickly learn the SharePoint application and able to assist in administrative tasks. These tasks included site creations, modify pages per department request, and revise web parts. I was also a part of the implementation team for a new Financial System by using excel to reconcile information. My tendency to be self-motivated and collaborative allowed me to thrive in this position, and I learned a lot along the way.
About Me
I am a Massachusetts native who admires beautiful sunsets on the Cape and wouldn't be caught without a medium Dunk's iced coffee any day of the week. I am a senior at Bentley University with a major in Information Design and Corporate Communications and a minor in Computer Information Systems. While also being a part of the Bentley Women's Field Hockey Team all four years and taking on part-time internships, I've mastered my time management skills. I have past marketing and technology experiences that have taught me a lot, but I am always hungry for more. From expanding my education in Barcelona to learning a new software in the workplace, I am adaptable to anything thrown my way. I don't just walk through motions, I am passionate about my projects and get it done.
